I dont know what part of my brain believes that a brainfreeze could fix my headache...So i went to buy a greentea frappuccino at Starbucks and then down it in a few minutes, getting a throat freeze more than a brain freeze. but it did not help... well the numbing part of the brain did make it hurt MORE >_> But that didnt cure it. It made me feel worst actually. with all that cream. _ _'' why didnt i just say matcha frapecino kurimu nashi de? BAKA

newaiz. todays class i felt like i slept in all of them throughout. But my headache did not go away.
Damnit. I have to go out soon too.
GOODBYE.

my head is so heavy
is it because i slept with my hair tied in a bun?

Introducing washoku : Natto

Nattō (なっとう or 納豆?) is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis. It is popular especially as a breakfast food. As a rich source of protein, nattō and the soybean paste miso formed a vital source of nutrition in feudal Japan. Nattō can be an acquired taste because of its powerful smell, strong flavor, and slippery texture. In Japan nattō is most popular in the eastern regions, including Kantō, Tōhoku, and Hokkaido.[1]
-Wikipedia
Natto is this SUPER STICKY....THING. (Honest confession: Ive never heard of natto until i came to japan....OTL i am a failure . yes i know)
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA *facepalms*
The description above should explain it good~~~~

The taste how shall i say.....
Is very.....unique. like all fermented foods, and you have to just try it yourself
Most foreigners dont really like natto. Because.. of the strong smell/taste.
But i like it with rice. I eat almost everything thats why.
BUT PLEASE TRY NATTO TOO!! YOU CAN GET IT AT ANYWHERE!....at least anywhere here in japan :3

Your typical cafeteria?

CAFETERIA ...

Surprisingly early.  (The teacher let us out early :P )

MY CURRY~~~

Ah i should have took pictures of the display sets.
We have two floors and its always packed like HELL.
Its terrible...but you have to run to beat the crowd. just like the conbini.
Its japan, what do you expect.

I will take a video of our cafeteria routine. Its not so much of a shock to the Americans since they have cafeterias. For us... we have foodcourts so >_>
But anyways.....

THE CURRY IS 180YEN (2.25AUD / 2.89BND) .
Insanely cheap? Yes that is Japan for you - though not EVERY food is cheap here. But ^^
The side dish was karaage (fried chicken???) And you have to pay extra if you want anything else to go with it.
I had a good meal ^o^

Just a bonus.
Me and Jyan went crazy and bought cookies during the break.

Introducing washoku : GYUDON YA

Otoko demo onna demo kankezuni zehi gyudon ya ni ittekudasai!!!!!
It does not matter if one is a guy or a girl, please go to the Gyudon shop!
Why do i say this because Gyudon has a classic "guy/manly" image. So mostly you only find guys inside and its super awkward if you go in alone as a woman.
Well go with your girlfriends or guyfriends. :3 Its really worth it. TRUSTO ME!

My kimchi gyudon with miso shiru and RAW EGG

YES RAW EGG OMG. I will make an entry on TKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I will take a nicer picture of a classic gyudon. (This time i got the one with kimchi, the other time i got cheesee.. mm cheese) That is....errr. 280en? (3.5AUD / 4.5 BND)
[But Brunei food is cheap might not be as a bigger shock to those from that country :P]

BUT THATS THE 並 size ...and its already too big for me....
They have like middle, big, special and MEGAAAAAAAAAAA which is insanely big i dont think i will ever finish that bowl. It is something like that rainy gyudon thing that Yu and his friends never get to finish. Makes me feel like getting on just because of that. :3

OneTwoTree SkyTree !

Sunday was my sisters undoukai. (Sport's Day)
I only have videos not pictures though.
Because the place that they had their undoukai was near SkyTree, mama san brought me to look at it from outside and walked inside SOLAMACHI for a short while :3
((Then i went off to meet namakemono and suffered from shock about one piece))

SKYTREE IS HUGE! :3 Oh at Roppongi Hills, we saw the Tokyo Tower....It looks tiny compared to Sky Tree.
Note:  (For those who didnt know)

Tokyo Tower (東京タワー Tōkyō tawā?) is a communications and observation tower located in Shiba Park, Minato, Tokyo, Japan. At 332.5 metres (1,091 ft), it is the second tallest artificial structure in Japan. The structure is an Eiffel Tower-inspired lattice tower that is painted white and international orange to comply with air safety regulations

Tokyo Skytree (東京スカイツリー Tōkyō Sukaitsurī?) is a broadcasting, restaurant, and observation tower in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. It became the tallest structure in Japan in 2010[1] and reached its full height of 634.0 metres (2,080 ft) in March 2011, making it the tallest tower in the world, displacing the Canton Tower,[2][3] and the second tallest structure in the world after Burj Khalifa

Tokyo Tower :3

Totoro shop but that reflection wrecked everything.

When you cannot see the ONE PIECE

IT IS THE END OF THE WORLD (?)
Perhaps not but i really feel like crying. As strange as it may seem, tears did came to my eyes as i stare at the MORI ART MUSEM BOLD LETTERS with horror. It was certainly traumatizing.
I was too naive.

Yeah, it started since MARCH till 17/6. OMFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFU?
Anyway, my friend forced me to take a picture with it. How stupid do i look hugging that pole -__- I really didnt want to do it. But it was in the freakn SUBWAY....=.= The things i do.... *sighs*
But anyway, i wont go into details why i didnt get to go...im sure ive ranted to most of you anyway...
I felt like ive disappointed the nation as i carried all their hopes and expectations on my back...
*falls down dramatically onto the ground with the spotlight shining on me*

The posters were EVERYWHERE okay. For a person.. a sane person not to go is.....insane? (Please dont say things that make no sense)

Anyhow to overcome my depression, we went for overpriced high tea and cake.

Oh god, we spent a forture. Not to mention lunch we had mexican food. She didnt send me the pictures but yeah....
Thats how i ended my depressing Sunday.

(jeebus, she sent me all her super HQ mega size pictures...which is good....? freakn 1mb EACH picture. But im grateful that she takes them for me :3 Thanks dearyy <3 )

Post in your Questions about Japan!

Hello readers/stalkers :P

Alright, ive been meaning to write this post ever since the last post. But i never did because....i never felt like writing. I am a lazy person. Anyway, whenever i talk to anyone (i.e not people from Japan) The first thing they ask is "How's Japan?!" I dont know whether to answer them about the political state of Japan and its economy or its people or how is Japan actually treating me. I think they are more interested in the last one right?
Im sure most of you want to know more about Japan and clear some stereotypes? Myths? Rumours?
If i can be of any help, (though im very ignorant and not as observant), i would love to share a part of my colorful life [the way Cong described it] with you all :)

Theres so much i want to talk about. But first maybe it will be good to answer questions the readers are actually interested in. So in summary, DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT JAPAN!? anything i mean, the people, the culture, school, clothes....? or the not so obvious.. Or something that you always wanted to know?? Ill do my best to find the best answer for you~
Or if you are too shy to ask; YOU KNOW HOW ELSE TO FIND ME idk fb msn skype etc.
Dw no one will know who you are anyway even if you comment :) I doubt it.

So i expect everyone of the readers to post a question yaw :3
AND DONT WORRY- YOU CAN ASK MORE THAN ONE QUESTION!!!!
If you thought of new questions in the future, just feel free to comment here again. Ill be sure to check it. Ill put this at the sidebar or something so it can be easily accessed.

Love the authorpyonn
k-k-k-awesome.

LE EDIT:
Then i realized not everyone is interested "about" japan. So if thats the case, you can still ask me a GENERAL QUESTION. anything, about me. or.....why is the .......world revolving? LOL
I'll look forward to the interesting questions.

Please dont fight!

Kuri reporting.
I am currently stressed about my stupid tests D: I know nothing
At this rate how can i really beat my sworn rival, Rui -_-?
And taking that ofuro, i feel now my body is burning up >_> Drinking cold oolongcha though :3

Today my some happening happened...
Im sure some of you know about it.....But..
Basically my host mother and her kid were fighting about this thing. In summary, the kid wanted to eat the food with everyone but the mum wanted her to give me a box of her many snacks and delicacies what not of  Nagoya (they went on a school excursion there for a few days and brought back like snacks and food enough to food an army - exagerration)
But its cool, i dont expect anything :3
But the mum insisted that she should share it with me, then she stormed off like a spoilt brat and they started shouting
=.=''

The mother got really angry and she went in after to talk to her kid.
I could hear my host sister screaming and crying.
Sighs .... I wanted to say its okay.. please dont fight. But i am an outsider afterall ;A;
So then....the mother comes back out and immediately goes to the fridge and get alcohol for us >_> And shes complained how her kids are so inconsiderate. and i told her its fine they are still of that age. No worries...but i dont think she sees my point. Well the feelings of a mother, i still dont quite get it.

Eventaully i think Yuri felt bad about it.. She gave me her yoyo ball thing she got at the festival today. ahha... With a friendly smile. And she treated her mother really nice during dinner too.... ((they are usually very ......bossy...)) She did share the snacks with everyone eventually. *sighs* I dont know why all that drama was needed.

Dont get me wrong, im not trying to say bad shit about my host sisters, in fact i do really like them. <3
Although they can be bossy and mean, and sometimes quite rude to their parents. I assure you i am no different to my own... just looking at it from an outsiders view made me realize, i should treat my parents better...*sighs*

And thats that of today. I DID NO STUDYING FML?
sure.
sure
sure

I will post the question eventaually!
ciao
